I also hired Zoek to improve my website’s Google ranking and enhance my website overall, but the experience was a complete disappointment. Their sales pitch sounded promising, and I believed it would be a good investment for my business. However, after paying thousands of dollars, they provided minimal support and failed to improve my rankings and my website. When I voiced my concerns, their only solution was to push me into another six-month contract, making it clear they were more focused on maximizing their own profits than delivering results. This company is a total waste of time and money. They are selective in who they help and I strongly recommend reading their customer reviews and cancellation policies carefully before signing anything.

*Edit - After posting this review, I was asked by my account manager Dominick to remove my review and "give him a chance to make it right." Unfortunately, after 6 months of giving Zoek a chance, I can no longer justify working with them so my review stands.

Zoek has been phenomenal to work with so far. I am very impressed with the way they interact with new clients and are transparent about pricing and project progress. I just started working with them so I'll add photos to my review upon completion. So far it's been great!

Fantastic experience from day one! I requested a call and Gavin reached out via phone and email to introduce himself and set a time to discuss the project. He was so helpful. And the web creation...My website is how I pictured it. The colors and pictures are perfect - Daniela captured my vision.On the launch call Jason walked me through all my questions, made some updates and helped with with a few other items too. Great experience with helpful people.

It is unfortunate for me to do this but I've been paying Zoek $300 per month for a year's contract that is supposed to help with my website's SEO. The staff is very friendly but their work is definitely not worth $3000 of service.

I have a YouTube channel which I will use to thoroughly and accurately describe Zoek's work and value of service. I will give Zoek 2 more months before I start filming but for now it definitely will not put them in a good light. Though i only have about 2500 subscribers for now. I'm confident as my YT page gains more popularity in the future, many will see my negative comments about this company.
