Reparartur ordentlich, allerdings hapert es mit der Kommunikation. 6 Stunden Wartezeit ohne Information warum bei veranschlagten 4 Std. geht gar nicht. Auch sind Rückrufe nicht erfolgt.

Ich habe jetzt ein zweites Mal in Folge ein Auto bei Stoedter gekauft, mit meinem alten immer einen super Service gehabt und keinerlei Probleme.

Hilfsbereiter Service,
Zwar nur ne Kleinigkeit gehabt aber musste auf der Durchreise erledigt werden.

Tolles Autohaus und unbedingt zu empfehlen! Nach einem Motorschaden wurde mein Ford zu Stoedter geschleppt. Obwohl ich keine Kundin war, haben sie sich sehr zeitnah um ihn gekümmert. Auch beim Kauf eines anderen Gebrauchten dort war ich mehr als zufrieden. Sehr freundlich, kompentent und schnell. Herr Stoedter ist auch nach der Kaufabwickling immer für Fragen erreichbar. Das nächste Fahrzeug würde ich wieder dort kaufen.
