Great service and a fair price. Internet is a utility, and this one is well managed. It's great to know that my monthly charges don't change and there are no games about calling to get and "introductory rate". Rather than corporate profits, Nextlight returns profit to the city government and provides subsidized internet for those who can least afford it. What's not to love?

I have been impressed with the customer service, and obviously the speed, and even when things have changed or been a little bit confusing with the bill pay or web interface, I have had impeccable help navigating!

For many, many years I have enjoyed NextLight. But the past year or so, service has degraded; specifically, my Internet connection has not always been reliable. The past few days of this week, in particular, I have lost the Internet connection multiple times throughout a day. It is beyond frustrating. Have you grown too large too quickly?
